I just wanted to reach out to you and offer my heart felt thanks. As you have learned, the last six months have been really difficult for us, especially for my mom and sister. I dont think any of us were looking forward to selling the house, but then you came along and somehow turned it into a positive experience. We never could have done any of that work to Jay's house without your guidance and countless hours of help.
Thank you for being kind, and patient and caring. And thank you for seeing what all of us needed to do was not just sell a house but to hope that someone would love this home as much as we do.
I just wanted you to know that I will forever be grateful for all that you have done for us.
