This was a very emotional time for us when we lost mom. Selling the family home was very hard. He took care of all the details including getting the home ready (the neighbor told us he weeded the flower beds and worked on the yard for an entire weekend and you didnt even tell us he did that), and handling all the paper work while we were back home in BC.
Carl, we could not have gotten through this without you. Words cannot express how much we appreciate everything you did for us. We have had a few agents back here on the left coast and none of them did all the things you did for us. Are all Winnipeg agents like you? I am willing to bet not. You work too hard actually.
