Winnipeg Home Sellers – Stop Leaving Money on the Table!
I often hear the argument from the end consumer that Realtors are overpaid. I completely disagree with this. I will argue that any home I list, my clients get great value for all the services I provide. Further to that, YOU, the end consumer, end up netting much more money for the sale of your home because of the value added services I provide. I stock drapery, area carpets, and artwork and will provide colour and trade service recommendations as part of my services.

He was with Delbro Real Estate. He was a great match for us and he became our Realtor.

I needed to have a job where I was gone from 9 to 5 Monday to Friday. I had been dabbling in commercial real estate and I found it interesting so at that phase of my life it was a relatively easy choice.

Stale Bread and Pricing Your Home Properly
As a Winnipeg Realtor one of the most difficult tasks we face is pricing homes properly. This is a constant challenge. In a good market or a poorer market, many home owners I talk with have an over inflated idea of what their home is worth. This is something that almost any Realtor will tell you regardless of which city they work in. Quite often we as Realtors walk into a home and know we may not see eye to eye with the client on the value of their home. Sometimes their expectations are a little bit high, and other times they are way out of whack.
