We were so nervous about selling our home but we knew we needed something bigger. You were the 3rd agent we interviewed, and we both knew right away you were "our guy". And we werent wrong. The way you marketed our home was amazing. I have never heard of serving chilli at an open house, but you did! Seemed to go over well because there was none left when we got home. The home sold for exactly what you said it would. Still not sure how you did that?

When we bought our new home we couldnt believe how much knowledge you had about homes. From top to bottom you went through the entire house with us. We felt so at ease and felt we knew exactly what we were buying. And then you did a market evaluation on the home to suggest how much we should offer. We had bought homes with other agents and none of them had ever done that. It was so great!
You made the process so easy and fun!
