When I bought my first home many years ago I wasn’t working in Real Estate yet. I was lucky enough to have a great Realtor though. Actually it didn’t start off that way. I started off with a Realtor who quite frankly was terrible. He was recommended by a friend. What was my friend thinking? Early on, my now ex-wife stated that we needed to find a new Realtor before we continued the house hunting process. One day we walked into an open house and found Claude Davis. For many of you who have read my blog in the past, you know that I left residential Real Estate in 2004 for five years to strictly focus on commercial real estate. As previously mentioned, I did this because as a single father I found that the demands of being available on nights and weekends was just too much with two young children.
